Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• UK Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

• UK Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak seasonal volume.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally to any countries outside the UK.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Each order is packed with care using eco-conscious materials wherever possible. Crystals and wellness tools are wrapped securely to ensure safe delivery.
