We aim to dispatch most orders within 1–2 working days. We currently ship within the UK only, and delivery time depends on the option you choose at checkout.

Cleansing and charging your crystals now and then is a lovely part of looking after them. Popular ways to cleanse include smudging with incense or sage, a quick rinse under water, or sound, like a singing bowl. A gentle heads-up: crystals vary, and some shouldn't go in sunlight or water - they can fade or be damaged. If you're unsure about a particular one, check our guide or just ask us.

We want you to be happy with every piece. If something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. You'll find our full returns policy here, and if you're ever unsure, just reach out, we're always glad to help.

Every crystal is natural, so no two are quite the same, yours may vary a little in colour, shape, size or markings from the one pictured, and that's part of what makes it yours. Where a piece varies noticeably, we photograph the actual stock so there are no surprises.

We're careful about where and how our crystals are mined, and choose suppliers who share that care. Every stone is natural and untreated - never dyed, heat-treated or fake. If a piece has ever been enhanced in any way, we'll always tell you.
