Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as intimate or sanitary goods (e.g. crystal facial rollers), customised products (e.g. special orders, personalised items), and unpackaged items (e.g. tarot cards, journals).

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Open or used wellness items (i.e. oils, sprays)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will have to pay for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days of the approval date.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days of approval, please contact your bank in the first instance. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted and officially showing in your statements.

Sale Items
Sale items may be refunded. When this is the case, you will receive a refund equal to the total amount of your purchase at the time of the sale.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at healing@owlistictherapies.co.uk.

Gifted Items
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
